My name is Paige and I am the baker behind Early Rise Cookie Co! My husband David and I have four, soon to be five, awesome kiddos and Early Rise was born right in the middle of our busy, full home.

I’ve always love baking all things sourdough, and somewhere along the way, cookies became a whole new adventure.

I’m having so much fun creating, testing, and building this next piece of Early Rise — and I’m so glad you’re here for the journey!
